Mcubes Online – Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Mcubes Online, we are committed to providing an excellent experience for our students and participants. This policy outlines the rules, terms, and conditions governing refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling for online cubing classes and competitive events to ensure transparency and fairness.
We strongly encourage all participants to read and understand this policy before making any purchase or registration. By enrolling in our courses or competitions, you agree to the terms stated herein.
1. General Refund & Cancellation Guidelines
- Refunds are subject to review and approval based on the service purchased.
- Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable timeframe mentioned in the sections below.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the credited amount will be transferred back to the original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Charges: Any payment gateway charges, taxes, or administrative processing fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- No Refunds for Misuse or Policy Violations: If a customer violates our terms of use or engages in fraudulent activity, no refund will be provided.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy for Online Cubing Classes
Our online cubing classes and events are designed to help students improve their cubing skills through structured learning. If for any reason, a student wishes to cancel their enrollment, the following policies apply.
2.1 Class Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are not accepted for both online events and courses.
2.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Missed Classes: If a student fails to attend without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
- Course Completion: Once a student starts the course content or the online event, no refund is applicable.
- Technical Issues on Student’s End: Refunds will not be issued for internet failures, device malfunctions, or personal reasons preventing participation.
- Failure to Follow Course Guidelines: If a student violates the course guidelines, they will be removed from the course, and no refund will be issued.
2.3 Rescheduling Option
- Students who cannot attend a scheduled class can request a rescheduling to a later batch (if available) if it’s a 1-1 class.
- Rescheduling is allowed only once per enrollment and must be requested at least 24 hours before missing the session.
- Rescheduled classes are non-refundable, and further changes will not be allowed.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy for Online Competitions & Events
Mcubes Online hosts competitive cubing events where participants must adhere to strict rules. This policy ensures fair play and transparency in refunds and cancellations.
3.1 Competition Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
- Cancellations are not eligible once a course or an event is purchased. If mcubes cancels the event, all participants will receive a full refund or a free pass to the next event.
3.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Failure to Attend: If a participant does not show up for the event, no refund will be provided.
- Disqualification Due to Rule Violations: Participants will be disqualified with no refund if they:
- Submit edited or tampered videos.
- Fail to record the solving process properly.
- Do not follow the mandatory competition instructions.
- Technical Failures on the Participant’s End: Refunds will not be provided if a participant experiences internet issues, device malfunctions, or software problems or is unable to attend the course or the event
3.3 Mandatory Event Rules
To ensure fairness, all participants must adhere to the following:
✅ Must use a PC for the event. ✅ Use SC Timer or any other approved cube timer. ✅ Enable screen recording before the first round starts. ✅ Video recording of the back angle is mandatory, ensuring both solving and the website are visible. ✅ No edited videos allowed. ✅ Failure to provide proper recordings will result in a DNF (Did Not Finish) status.
4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To request a refund or cancellation, please follow these steps:

- Include the following details:
- Order ID/Transaction ID
- Course/Event Name
- Reason for Refund/Cancellation
- Proof of Payment (if required)
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
