This Refund & Cancellation Policy is an integral and non-negotiable component of the Mcubes Online Terms of Use and is subject to the governing law of India. It establishes the definitive protocols and liabilities regarding all financial transactions on the Platform. By initiating any purchase, you expressly accept these conditions, acknowledging that this Policy is legally binding.

2. Absolute Cancellation Policy and Digital Goods Disclaimer

Strictly No Cancellation After Order Confirmation:

Once an order is successfully placed, verified, and payment is confirmed by our gateway, the order is considered final and is strictly non-cancellable. This uncompromising policy is necessitated by the immediate nature of our proprietary digital products. Upon purchase, the license for access to copyrighted course materials is instantly granted and activated, constituting the full delivery of service.

User Due Diligence: We strongly mandate that users exercise maximum due diligence by meticulously reviewing all course titles, curriculum outlines, technical requirements, and pricing before executing the final purchase. No allowances will be made for “change of mind” or purchasing errors.

3. Refund Policy: Exhaustive Conditions and Procedures

3.1. General Rule: Comprehensive Non-Refundability:

All purchases made on the Mcubes Online Platform are final and non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances related to user-side factors, including, but not limited to:

Subjective Dissatisfaction: Disagreement with the instructor’s teaching methodology, perceived content quality, or style.
Non-Completion or Performance: Failure to complete the course, lack of time to attend live sessions, or failure to achieve desired learning outcomes/speedcubing results.
User Error: Accidental or erroneous purchases, purchasing the wrong course, or change of personal financial circumstances.
Technical Limitations: Incompatibility with the user’s personal hardware, operating system, or inadequate internet connectivity required for streaming or live sessions.

3.2. Limited and Exclusive Exception: Material Discrepancy (Not As Described):

A refund will only be entertained and considered under the singular, narrow condition where the purchased course content is materially and objectively demonstrably different from its explicit, official description published on the Platform’s course page. This evaluation applies solely to objective facts (e.g., a “Module 5: Advanced Algorithms” listed on the curriculum is entirely absent) and excludes all subjective assessments of content value. Purchasing a courses as a gift are not allowed to refund by any changes and purchase is final.

3.3. Mandatory Reporting Protocol for Refund Requests (Maximum Detail):

If a user believes they qualify under the “Not As Described” exception, they must adhere strictly to the following procedure:

Immediate Contact Deadline: A formal report must be submitted to howdy@mcubes.online within 7 days from the time of purchase. Claims received beyond this critical deadline will be automatically rendered ineligible.
Required Information: The email must contain the Order ID, the registered email address, and a highly detailed, specific, and evidence-backed explanation of how the content deviates from the published description. Vague or generalized claims will result in immediate rejection.
Internal Evaluation Process: Our specialized quality assurance team will undertake a thorough review of the claim, comparing the purchased content against the published marketing copy. This rigorous process may require 7 to 10 working days. The final decision made by Hellobugs Entertainment after this evaluation is exhaustive, binding, and non-appealable.

3.4. Refund Execution: If a request is approved under the limited exception, the refund amount will be processed back to the original payment method. The amount will be strictly limited to the purchase price minus any non-refundable fees (as specified in Section 4).

4. Payment Processing, Fee Structure, and Transactional Accountability

4.1. Accepted Payment Methods (Comprehensive List): We facilitate payments using secure, industry-leading gateways, accepting: PayPal, All Major International and Domestic Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), Debit Cards, Net Banking, and European Payment Systems (Sofort, Giropay, Trustly), as well as UPI and regional Digital Wallets.

4.2. Payment Security Commitment (Reinforced): All payment information is encrypted end-to-end with the latest, highest-level payment security standards (e.g., TLS 1.3 encryption). We strictly comply with PCI-DSS protocols, ensuring that no sensitive financial data (full card numbers or CVV codes) is stored on or transmitted through the Mcubes Online servers.

4.3. Non-Refundable Fee Schedule:

PayPal Handling Fee: Please be advised that all payments processed via PayPal are subject to a compulsory, non-refundable handling fee of 4.5%. This fee is charged by the payment processor and will be irrevocably deducted from the principal amount of any approved refund.
Third-Party Charges: The user is fully liable for any currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, or bank service charges levied by their own financial institution.

5. Anti-Fraud, Account Misuse, and Severe Penalty Policy

5.1. Zero-Tolerance Policy and Misuse Definition: Mcubes Online enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against all forms of financial fraud, intellectual property theft, and account misuse. No Misuse is Entertainment; any violation is treated as a grave contractual and potentially criminal offense.

5.2. Detailed Fraud Prevention and Management Systems: We utilize a sophisticated, multi-layered security framework to combat fake and unauthorized transactions:

Automated Screening: Payment gateways employ advanced algorithms and machine learning to actively screen transactions for indicators of fraud (e.g., geo-location disparity, high-velocity purchases, use of suspicious IP addresses).
Manual Review Protocol: Transactions flagged as high-risk are immediately suspended and subjected to a mandatory manual review by our security team before content access is granted.
User Verification Measures: We reserve the right to demand additional user verification (e.g., photo ID and proof of payment ownership) for purchases deemed suspicious by our systems to ensure legitimacy.

5.3. Prohibited Actions (Material Breach): The following constitute a severe breach of this Policy:

Fraudulent Transactions: Utilizing stolen, unauthorized, or cloned payment credentials.
Chargeback Abuse: Initiating a chargeback with your issuing bank without first exhausting the required refund and dispute resolution procedures outlined in Section 3.
Account Sharing and Unauthorized Access: Sharing, selling, or allowing any other individual to use your account credentials to access or view purchased content is strictly prohibited.

5.4. Cumulative Consequences of Misuse: If a user is definitively found to have engaged in any prohibited action, the Company will impose the following cumulative and immediate sanctions without any prior warning:

Immediate Account Cancellation and Permanent Suspension: The user’s account and all associated licenses will be terminated instantly and irrevocably.
Permanent Ban: The user will be permanently barred (No allowance to place another order) from accessing or transacting on the Platform under any alias.
Forfeiture of All Payments: All funds paid for the current or previous courses will be forfeited; No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.

5.5. Mandatory Financial Penalty Levy: In the event of fraud or severe misuse (including chargeback fraud), a compulsory penalty will be levied to recover damages and administrative costs. This penalty will be the greater of either a minimum fee of $5.00 USD or 15% of the total disputed transaction value. This fee is calculated to cover banking fees, payment gateway dispute fees, internal administrative costs, and platform processing expenses. We reserve the right to pursue full legal and statutory remedies to recover this penalty and any further damages.

6. Mandatory Intellectual Property Acknowledgment

All course content remains the copyrighted intellectual property of Hellobugs Entertainment or its creators. The actions of account sharing and unauthorized content distribution are not only a breach of this Policy but are also direct violations of international copyright law and will be met with the utmost severity as outlined in Section 5.
